    This place is good, and has excellent wi-fi, a fitness center, and a seasonal outdoor pool. The staff once helped me find my lost wallet, which I appreciated. I'm coming back for Christmas!

    Well-organised and newly decorated rooms with a refurbished bathroom, beautiful views plus fruit, very clean pool area. Stunning incredible location, close to everything in Jerusalem walking distance.

    The room had a fine view of the New City. It was comfy and packed with nice stuff like a coffee machine, minibar, and a tv. The spa facilities were great with a hot tub, sauna, and even an outdoor swimming pool. Totally loved the breakfast, especially the fresh pastries and juices.

    I found the staff most congenial, professional, accommodating, helpful, and cheerful. This really made a difference in our comfort and enjoyment of the holiday.

    I thought the meals were overpriced and the times of the meals did not take into consideration enough the prayer times of the Ashkenazi prayers at the Great Synagogue of Jerusalem.

    Amazing location and food!

    Spent 9 nights and loved the spot! So close to everything, we walked to the Old City & the market with my mom's walker. Shoutout to Ronit who helped us with a walk-in shower. Dinner was so delicious, especially the variety of dishes and the great omelets at breakfast. Only thing was the entrance ramp was a bit tricky.

    Nice hotel great location

    Shabbat meals are far too expensive. In fact the price is a tip off. I will not buy another shabbay meal T hotel. I will go across street to the kings where full is gpod and mich more reasonable price

    I enjoyed the kindness and helpfulness of the staff; I loved the elevators! The view was wonderful. The food was great and plentiful. The location was very good - near the new city and the old city. The rooms were very nice and the beds were very comfortable.
